Construction about to commence!!
Sales suite now closed in preparation for construction.
The City Rise website has been updated with information on the building's upcoming construction. I've also received verbal confirmation from the developer that there will almost certainly be movement on the site by year's end.
This will be the first residential (and thoroughly private) development in the city's centre since the official Revitalising project began.
Onwards and upwards!
