State agency Places Victoria has closed its biggest deal yet at a Melbourne industrial park, with EGO Pharmaceuticals planning to build a $100 million facility at the Dandenong estate. The skin-care provider has taken up a 9.5 hectare plot at the LOGIS estate, in a deal worth around $15 million.
Includes 9000 sq. m. of office space and 80,000 sq. m. of factory space. I know they have a heap of space to play with, but surely the office would have to go up a few storeys.
