This has been on the market a while. While the design isn't exceptional, I think it's still reasonably good. It has plenty of glass, and it looks like it would be fit for purpose and a benefit to the area, particularly given this is mostly a side street. Though the landscaping deserves to be better than just some shrubs here and there.
The opposite side of Dandenong street is a somewhat odd mix of light industrial and (possibly old) residential:
This side is ripe for significant change, but I'd imagine there's far too much underutilised land closer in to the centre of town right now for that to happen.
